A private client requested the guidance of our bespoke design service, to help visualise her new handmade dining table with in her extension. Through the aid of our 3D visualisation service we were able to produce quick and simple views from different perspectives, helping the client understand the space and agree furniture proportions. Following this we began to pour into the detail of the dining table design, blending the specific characteristics and tailoring the finishes, enabling the client to write their own story for this unique piece.
The zinc table top is formed of four equal-sized panels, jointed and shaped together, forming its unique body. The patinated finish is bespoke, creating its own engaging and individual personality. The table edges have been rubbed through or aged, leaving an organic, slightly more even finish. Which means, the client will be the one to tell the story of her table, as we have merely kick-started the ageing process across the whole surface.
