History shows that the humble pot rack has been part of life as early as the 1700s, helping to organise kitchens around the globe. Early pot rack designs were often made from heavy metals such as wrought iron, with alternative designs in wood appearing later.
This bespoke home gym was created for a renowned interior design company, whose client was inspired by old school gymnasiums and gentleman’s club interiors. Instead of a hi-tech, clinical looking space, their carefully curated mood board reflected the design intention for their basement gym to be a grown-up natural continuation of their home. It was important to them that this new space didn’t feel like an uncomfortable add-on.

So conscious are we to be more ‘green’ that even interior design choices are becoming linked to sustainability and environmental impact, with people selecting materials which are easy to recycle. Incorporating metal furniture into an interior design scheme offers a sustainable solution for the environmentally conscious client.
